U.S. Mortgage Pates Climb – Panama City Florida Mortgage

U.S. mortgage rates rose this week, yet remain historically low, according to Freddie Mac.

The 30-year fixed mortgage averaged 3.5 percent for the week ending Sept. 15, up from 3.44 percent the previous week.

A year ago, mortgage rates stood at 3.91 percent.

Low rates have played a role in brisk U.S. home sales, as well as driving people to refinance.

At Virga Realty we have lender partners that will help you get the best rate possible!
